Well, you will need to look for 'weird' stuff in your user account. Warframe's path is C:\Users\[Account Name]\AppData\Local\Warframe (you can type %appdata% in the search to find it). Have a look at what is in this folder. You might want to just delete the whole folder. It sounds like something is probably corrupted.
I've deleted the whole folder multiple times but it doesn't seem to work.

I just created a fresh account and it works but the problem is now how to I make it work on my Main local account

The game is able to run before but it suddenly couldn't anymore. Any guides on what do delete for Regedit to solve this problem?

I don't know what you have done. So it is hard to say.
- The link just suggested you search for 'Warframe' on your PC and delete everything that comes up. Do make sure you have Hidden Folders enabled though.
What I would perhaps suggest is making a fresh Local User on the machine. Then, download Warframe from here (the official site). See if it will run then. If you have data left in your local user account it might be causing issues (Warframe stuff is stored per user) - a new PC account would solve this. So as to avoid confusion, I do NOT mean a new Warframe account.

i3-71000@ 3.90GHz, 16GB RAM, 1060 GTX 6GB, Windows 10. Yes all my drivers are updated, I've tried copying files from the other laptop but it doesn't work. I've deleted everything I can find who may be part of Warframe's file but maybe u can enlightened me about how to clear all it's traces.

Apparently people were having similar problems years ago. The issue seems to be extra random junk files breaking the launcher. It was reported that if you unistall the game and delete all of Warframe's file you can get it working again. But you have to run the launcher as an Administrator. Are you sure the Laptop is actually able to run it? Sometimes the launcher takes a while to open. Are you able to open the launcher to actually download the game at least?
Yes it does I waited for 10 minutes but still nothing pop ups nope I am unable to even download the game

Nope I can not launch directly, also disabling my firewall doesn't seem to be working

Nothing works as in NOTHING actually works I tried downloading on the Standalone and Steam they just do not launch at all.

Today I tried launching Warframe and the launcher doesn't even show up, I tried reinstalling/installing thru Discord but nothing works but it works fine on my other laptop anyone can help as my other laptop isn't capable of running the game properly to let me play it

Launcher not working on main local account but working on secondary one

So my warframe launcher wont show up on my main local account but shows up and works perfectly on my secondary local account, anyway to fix this? Both the local accounts are on the same pc.
