[Weird Pixelated screen]

In a run of ESO, my screen had turned to a weird mishmash of triangular pixels (image below). This had occurred during a change in zones and the only reason I think this happened is because of a host migration in the middle of the zone change ( for me at least). The health bars, map and text info weren't affected. Issue only persisted till the end of the mission.
