I had the exact same freakin problem just now. Me and a friend were getting bounties for  the nightwave challenge (and for the x bounties in 60 minutes achievement) and this fool spawns. screwing up our whole plan. it was ridiculous

[Mastery rank 7 using Pyrana prime?]

I've never bothered with prime access stuff so i'd never have known, got all my stuff myself, wish i'd have more time to play though. 

but no you can't buy or craft a weapon, warframe sentinel or whatever if it is higher than your mastery rank, that's why I was so confused.

I was just in a game with a player who was mastery rank 7 (name excluded unless promtpted) and he was using pyrana prime in a game, now I know it is a brand new mastery rank 13 locked weapon so i'm just super confused as to how in the heck this was possible? I know for me, I had Braton prime at mr 6 before it was raised to 8 and I kept it, but that was an old gun, this was a brand new, just come out weapon. so if I could get some insight please on how this was possible, that'd be appreciated, thanks!

[Rather game-breaking bug]

Hey. so i've been playing warframe for about a month now and throughout it i've been experiencing a rather annoying bug.

While running around playing a co-op mission I have been experiencing frames of time where my character freezes on every other player's screen, but on my own im freely running around and killing, my Kills and stats go up and change but im frozen to everyone else. This also effects my Kubrow and sentinel as my body is frozen in place for them too. but during this time I have no enemy detection of myself, I cannot activate consoles, doors or chests to open them which this also effects the people I am playing with as during this time I can't go to extraction. whilst running around, enemies can still get to my frozen self, wherever it may be and the only way this fixes itself is if I am killed, or the game ends. this bug has been happening at least once every day for this past month. Below are two videos showing this bug,  both in different games, from 11:45 p.m. EST - 2:05 a.m. EST
