If you want to bypass the potential free option of support being able to fix the typo free of charge, you can always spend the 200 plat for a single letter, I suppose...
Click your name on the top right of the page > account management > scroll down a bit > alias change
I would STRONGLY recommend waiting for support to get back to you on the one letter thing. Why waste 200 plat on a single letter when you don't know if support will fix it free of charge or not? If they can't, then go ahead and fix the typo with plat, but I'd really admonish you to be patient in this regard. I know you're tired of looking at a typo a year in the running, but what's a little bit more?

Hey there BlueGhosy,
All name changes must be done via the alias change feature implemented in the account management section on our website. You can access this page by logging onto warframe.com and visiting the site warframe.com/user. All name changes are subject to a 200 platinum fee.
Typos or accidental names need to be reported within 7 days of creating the account for us to be able to make manual changes without cost. Unfortunately this account was created last year, and we are not able to make this change.
Sorry we couldn't be of more help, we appreciate your understanding.
So that's it then, any ideas?

I will agree with you on Stalker, though. I've never had a positive Stalker experience when I'm soloing, and 80% of the time, that's when he shows up.

The Stalker and the Gustrag Three, seem to only appear while I soloing with my lowest ranked gear. And now, I'm marked by BOTH FACTIONS. Do I have to worry about the Harvester now too???

I have a bad work history with parasitic factions(Late nights as Master Chief against the Flood with an empty shotgun...I had actual nightmares...) so I make it a point to avoid infestation missions or at the very least, not to do them alone...I've seen what the OP is talking about on the lower levels;being swarmed with no energy to use RadJav, no thank you...

I realize its taken me a little over a year and a whole UI shift to address this issue, but its come to the point where its time not to be the only idiot with a misspelled username. Having said that, I know that I'm not the only one who's done this. The problem is that current alias change is setup that if you don't recognize an error you made within a certain amount of time (or you it took you too long to decide that you no longer want to be known as HaroldButtStallion)you have to pay the 200 plat or contact an overloaded support desk to fix it.
This should not be.
All I'm suggesting is one of two things:
1)Provide one free alias change to all players to use at anytime charging any changes after that accordingly.
2)Provide a REDUCED price for the first alias change and charge any others in ascending order.
200 platinum is a lot of platinum for some players. I realize this works as a deterrent for otherwise fickle players, but its been a point of irritation for me for the past year.
Am I the only person who thinks this is a problem?

Name change happens right away same with Forum Avatars just log out and back in.
That isn't the problem. My name has been like that since day one. I want to fix it now.

The only thing I have to say about shield bypass is slash damage. The animation is way too dramatic and really annoying when you get slash damage back to back.
Ordis is too repetitive. Giving him more to say might make him more bearable and even a little more interesting; same goes for the transmission interceptions.

I cant get the support desk,there backed up. And no; I was a monkey and didn't notice until it was too late, I've played with it like that ever since. But seeing as I appear to be the only idiot to misspell his username on Warframe, I figure its time to repair the error, for the sake of professionalism.

Ok, so it has been exactly one year since I started playing Warframe. By now I figured I would have put enough platinum in the pot to FIX my username. It hasn't worked out that way. All I want is the T. Is there anyone out there willing and able to help?

I was going to do the Gaia defense mission in the Earth zone, but when I got there, the mission ended instantly as failed and I was trapped in a room with a Bottle Rocket in the back with no way to escape. I couldn't abort the mission, or quit to get out of the game. This is clearly a joke but, Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way out of this room other than closing the game?
