[Cannot pick up items with excalibur]

I am getting a bug while playing defence on Hydron.

I get the bug while I have Exalted Blade active and I fall off the map. Causes you to not be able to pick up anything, switch weapon, or attack.

You can somewhat fix the effect by getting a player to save you from death or you save another player, however, it will reoccur shortly after.
