[Endo farming]

Vodyanoi is by far the best place to farm Endo, you will get around ~1k Endo per run with a loot booster and each run takes 3 minutes. You will need a Nekros and a Nidus plus two filler frames (1 Nidus 3 Nekros kinda optimal but not needed since desecrate doesn't stack)

Não é pra fazer sentido, isso é uma prática comum em mmo's pra limitar o progresso e adicionar formas de Credit sink no jogo, assim como trading tax etc, isso serve pra diminuir a inflação e também impedir jogadores super njovatos com dinheiro sobrando de saírem comprando mods primed logo de início (1kk de tax)

It's good but it's not op... being MR 13 locked is a good enough restriction considering new players can spend 20 plat to uber mod a Hek into godhood anyway...

[Lag no warframe]

I don't know much about amd processors, but if i had to take a wild guess it would probably be overheating or your low RAM. Anyway, when you play with other players the game is bound to have a worse perfomance since theres more going around (more skills,people shooting more stuff, more calculations for the game to do etc) 

First what i would do is check your cpu heat during peak perfomance and RAM usage, we can't really help you if you don't provide these informations to us. I would also provide a dxdiag log so the specialists can help, also try sending a ticket to warframe support, they're good.
