I am getting something similar to this after 19.4 where I get 60fps in the orbiter, but once in a mission I get frame drops down to 10fps with a few seconds every minute of 60fps. I've tried reinstalling my video card drivers, changed multiple settings with little to no improvements. I've also analyzed and optimized my client and yet this is still occurring.
Specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz, 2601 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 840MRAM: 8GB DDR3
NVIDIA Driver: 376.33
Playing in fullscreen borderless with 60Hz refresh rate and v-sync on.

I've been having the same problems after update 19.3.2.
Random drops from 60fps to 20fps in missions. This drop happens in my ship as well when I'm turning my camera.
Before the update my game was running smoothly without any hitches.
Laptop:
i7-7500 cpu@ 2.7 GHz / 8GB RAM/ Geforece 840M

The mod must include at least 160% crit chance and 110% multishot.
Other variants may also be considered, as long as they are god tier and include crit chance.
Paying well.

The amprex mod must include 150% crit chance.
Negative values must not include crit damage or damage.

Its either that, or it doesn't take into account the scaling of Faint, Neutral or Strong dispositions since "Rifle" isn't put into any specific weapon category.

When linking my snipetron riven mod, instead of being displayed as snipetron, itll be displayed as Rifle.
When I look on my mod list, it is displayed as snipetron and also has higher percent values
As you can see the prefix and suffix of the name as well as the mastery rank are the same, so it is indeed the same mod.

The effect lasted for over 20 minutes and there was no fire status on the map.

Are you sure you weren't in a Conclave Loadout? Many items are locked out of Conclave loadouts, including Arcanes.
If you are sure you weren't, I'd recommend contacting Support at support.warframe.com
Yeah I'm sure this was regular loadout since I was still able to wear the ash scorpion helmet. I'll contact support, thanks for the advice.

Like the title says, came back to the game after a long break, tried to get back on my ash, said I have my arcane locust helmet on, then when I actually select my character, my default helmet is put on.
I check to see which helmets I can put on, but I am unable to select it and it is not in my inventory.
When my ash is in my loadout it looks like that but...
When i click on it in the selection, I can still see the arcane locust helmet.
Needless to say, I can't have it equipped in my loadout.
Please DE, give me back my arcane locust helmet

You cause more to spawn and the mission fails.
Edit: and people zoom in on the picture and you can see the cheesy photoshopping.
Look at the amount of rewards on the second pic, thats at least 24 waves solo'd, can't really photoshop that

Playing Caelus with pugs is a big pain in the butt: they die, they QQ, then they quit the session which makes you stuck during host migration, so you instantly die when you are able to move again. I decided to finally get a few energy and hp packs and solo Caelus. To my surprise, soloing it was easier than I thought, so I went as far as I could without having much risk. A few hours later I see that I've completed just over 100 waves.
I would like to request that later installments of archwing pose a little more challenge that would require teamwork in order to successfully complete.
And now I await the responses of those that put down every post or those that wish for everything in the game to be easy to the point of boredom. :)
Please humor me with your comments.

That doesn't make much sense. It's more like, you order their best steak, they accidentally give you a 5 dollar steak, you have no idea it isn't their best steak and you end up liking it, they come out and toss your steak and replace it with the steak you originally ordered, you proceed to complain that you want your crap-tier steak back instead of what you originally ordered. The big difference is, both steaks actually cost the same amount.
You are saying both cost the same. I'm saying alot of us paid plat and got nothing back in return.

Your saying no to them giving us back our plat since they messed up the kubrow colors in the first place? Let me give you an example : You go to a restaraunt and ask for a burger, but they give you a hotdog instead. You go up to the manager and tell him this... the manager fixes the problem by either giving your money back or giving you what u paid for. I paid to see dramatic changes with my kubrow, alas I only got beige. Now they made it so we get those changes so its like a smack to the face for those of us that paid our plat to see changes that didn't take place.

With hotfix 14.0.9, all of our kubrows have received rather extreme makeovers. Before the hotfix, those of use that have used the genetic scrambler were probably thinking that we would get some rare colors but probably ended up with a murky white/beige color every time.
I'm hoping that DE would reimburse us with our plat spent on the genetic scramblers since they dramatically changed the kubrow colors now.

I'm also receiving this same bug, but when trying to get an invite from someone in recruit chat.
I'm unable to group up with anyone for the new railjack missions.
