Yes...uh...a third person shooter would inherently require shooting...don't see a viable counter-argument there.
Good point: This isn't a lazy playstyle since it manually involes aiming and pulling the trigger/clicking the mouse button instead of clicking four and holding the left mouse button/placing a weight on it.

Today we commit the body of greedy mag to the depths. She was taken before her prime. Wow that uh...Mag Prime retirement crack was completely accidental. Anywho, lazy playstyles gone and forgotten - do not despair yet my fellow Tenno - there is an answer and it lies in the past (and it's actually - dare I say it? fun). Here is your solution:
Trinity (Corrosive Projection): Vampire leech augment, stretch, overextended, blind rage, transient fortitude, fleeting expertise, streamline, (primed) flow.
Why? Energy and overshield. This will put up most shields to somewhere over 1500 (without redirection on) with constant casts and energy for days (screw energy siphon).
Loki (Corrosive Projection): Stretch, ovextended, fleeting expertise, (primed) flow, (primed) continuity, quick thinking. Anything else is your choice though I recommend consitution and vitality - stay away from anything that compromises range or efficiency. Also, stay away from irradiating disarm. You want enemies to come at you, not dawdle elsewhere.
Why? Nerf those bombards into the ground, they're your priority otherwise help shoot out disruptors.
Nova (Corrosive Projection): Ovextended, fleeting expertise, streamline, (primed) flow, (primed) continuity, narrow minded, quick thinking, vitality.
Why? You guessed it - Speed Nova. Having no luck doing Speed Nova runs with Mesa? To quote the late Mr Mayes - NOT ANYMORE.
And the old time champ, straight from the bottom of the arsenal floor - give it up for BOOOOOOOOOOO-BAN~!!!
Vauban (Corrosive Projection): Repelling bastille, overextended, stretch. fleeting expertise, (primed) flow, (primed) continuity, constitution, quick thinking.
Why? Bastille. You thought vortex? You know nothing Tenno. Gear up for target practice because easy mode just initiated.
Feel free to adapt this strategy to your liking but after playtesting this with a friend and two randoms I haven't had more fun in a defence in a while. Downs were rare, people could breath and drops weren't ever too far away from homebase. Enjoy guys, this ones on Booben.
This isn't a lazy playstyle per say on the scale of greedy mag since it requires actually shooting people at the least.

can you do 100 waves with other frames ?
Maybe Mag with Shield Polarize baring Nullifiers.
-
Umm shield polarize only takes anyway shields bruh, I think the radiation from the nuke might have affected your brain xD
Shield Polarize deals damage in a radius around any enemy that loses it's shields from it porportional to ammount of shields lost.
-
Didn't they say that they'll look at the numbers and adjust if needed? (wait for them adjustments)
-
They probably won't change it till they blow up the void since destroying the void will take care of that.

With current prime frames getting bonuses over their non prime counterparts (Rhino's speed bonus, Loki's increase to energy pool, etc), there is less of an incentive for getting normal non prime frames over their prime versions. In fact some people i know simply refer to them as being pretty much mastery fodder. An old live-stream (really old) said that there were no plans to make the prime warframes superior to their normal counterparts (the only changes then were the slight shield recharge delays) and while I know that some things said in live-streams don't always end up happening, I'd like to know what happened.

I think he means to post it in the last hotfix threat
I know what he meant, its just I've already posted here and thus didn't feel like posting there as well.

I've noticed that after picking up something required for a mission (datamass, power cell, stuff that makes you use your secondary in one hand), and then switching to melee mode while holding the object will cause your fast melee to lock up (be unusable) upon dropping off said object. This can usually be fixed quickly by just switching back to melee mode and back. Has anyone else noticed this?
Yup, it's been an issue for a while.
Somebody should probably record it and start posting it as a "This isn't fixed yet?" in the update threads.
This is now a "This isn't fixed yet thread?"

DE has said that they have wanted to do this multiple times (mixing Archwing and Normal foot missions). They're still working on the code for it. The next boss rework, J3 Golem will use a hybrid mission type.

Hi, i took a pretty long break from Warframe and recently got back into it. As you can guess, things are not the way they were when i left. My clan is now a dead one so i've started looking for a mature and friendly community that i can play/have small talk with. You guys seem like perfect for that task. I would like to have a talk with you about joining whenever you guys feel like it :)
Hi, this is is Heartless. We've accepted your application and we'll see you soon.

The current assassins for the syndicates have been said to be placeholders. They're hopping to make a unique assassin for each group, but they got other stuff to work on first

There's a bug where all of the Grin head's weapons are doing toxin damage instead of just those of the scorpion. Hopefully it gets hot-fixed. It should be noted that the Scorpion grappling hooks also do full toxin damage (roughly 150ish).

Also prime access is meant for people who want the prime warfame and items immediately without build time. They are often more expensive since they come allow instant access to these items

gotta stop rushing bud
I wasn't rushing, i just "tripped" (accidentally tapped w) over a infested area and accidentally rolled in. Thanks for the post, lukshu.
What's that referring to? I'm sick of waiting to get lore because I'm stuck at Vor's Prize bug
This refers to the Hidden Messages quest used to unlock Mirage, the start to the quest can be found in the in-game store.
-
I recently started the Hidden Messages quest line and ran the first mission associated with it (for the helmet bp). At the last moment before extraction, Lotus began to send one of the in-game transmissions to me but it was cut off by my naughty Valkyr rolling into extraction and thus ending the mission. Can someone please post a screenshot of that last bit of lore please? Thank You.
- For lack of a better place, I've placed this thread in general discussion.

Out of curiosity why does OP think that player ships will be a problem? DE has confirmed the ships will be given to all for free. Also on the ship running on credits: I dont see how it would give Eclipse a monopoly on anything.

Arc traps are from the Grineer faction.

Originally Nyx's mind control made the enemy immune to damage dealt by Tenno. This was changed as the community argued that MC would mostly be used to stun a target and make it easy for them to kill. A fix that would resolve both issues is simply to make MC more visible (which DE has done). A additional visual change though would be nice.
-
In the livestream it was confirmed that they are looking over older warframe models which includes Trinty, so yes skirt physics are in the works.
-
Order was (Exalibur, Volt, Ember, Loki, Mag, Rhino, Trinity), (Frost, Nyx), (Saryn, Banshee), Vauban, Nova, Nekros, Valkyr, Oberon, Zephyr, Hydroid, if memory serves right
-
The present is the free new guns. The skin is a anniversary exclusive you can buy.
-
One of the major points of armor 2.0 is to avoid rainbow gun of many elements builds. Having combinations of pretty much every element defies that point.

You are treading dangerously into the world of overpowered.
Dear Santa, Please Rebalance This Game

Things like rolling/bullet jump can decrease damage taken/enemy accuracy, though i do agree that we need maybe more of that. As for mag surviving anything lvl 80+, I would say pull it to the ground or if it's corpus - shield polarize though you have to hope pull doesn't somehow not do anything due to animation lock.
DE's answer to this from way back when has been that it'll bloat the size of the enemies if they have too sophisticated AI + most enemies are killed immediately offscreen/when they're seen making everyone having fancy AI somewhat wasteful though I'd like to see some less common heavy units with interesting AI.
I agree with OP though, hopefully the incoming multishot/mandatory mods change-up leads to some general game re-balancing.
