  1. Hey,

    So, I came back after a 2-year break, built my Railjack and found out that I can get umbra forma from sentient anomalies. Just as I was about to get the requirement to enter the veil, they've announced that umbra forma could no longer be acquired from the Veil.

    Now, since I don't have a motivation to go to the Veil, is there any other reason to do Railjack missions and waste my resources to upgrade my ship? Don't get me  wrong, I know very well that the whole point of Warframe is to get better gear to be able to get better gear, but while I generally enjoy the gameplay in other missions, I don't really like Railjack, so optimizing my ship doesn't seem like much of a motivating factor.

  2. After keeping well away from the space missions for the last couple of days (seeing as the last time I tried them, I got no rewards whatsoever), I tried it once more yesterday.

    Just a few things: 
    - Host couldn't start the space mission because the game though that some of our squad wasn't in the same flotilla instance, even though  we  were standing right next to each other.
    - We disbanded, the host reinvited the group and the Flotilla we were in didn't show up in flotilla selection.
    - HUGE lagspike when entering mission.
    - Very bad lag for everyone except for the host.
    - Kill code UI doesn't show up for everyone.
    - Rewards aren't handed out properly. We were in the same mission and everyone got different amount of scarlet spear credits, relics and resources. I didn't get any end-of-mission rewards or intrinsics points.
    - Murex raids just straight up makes the game go crazy. Although this is more funny than an actual gameplay problem, my Limbo seemingly had my melee, archgun and arch-melee equipped at the same time. Talk about being armed to the teeth.

    I think that's all for now. Think I'm gonna stick to ground missions for the time being.

  3. And that's kind of a question. I did 2 17-wave ground missions and several shorter ground and space missions, currently sitting at 10k+ scarlet credits, but the score counter in my orbiter still displays 3600. Now, I might have just misunderstood what that coubter actually measures. 

     

    Also, I haven't received any bonus credits since my first mission.

    Exalted weapons have provided nothing meaningful to the game. They're just gimmicks that have frequently faded in and out of usefulness since their creation. He doesn't need that.

    If you mean that it should just be able to be modded separately, like an Exalted weapon, then I fully agree. Stat sticks generally suck so we shouldn't have to depend on them to make an ability effective.

    That's exactly what I meant. So I reframe my original statement: 

    - I should be able to use whatever melee weapon I wish and my 1st ability shouldn't deal less damage for it.

    Just dropping my two cents right here. I've been away for almost 2 years, just came back and got myself and Atlas Prime. I love smashing stuff, but seeing as most Warframes, whose abilities were dependent on weapons (like Peacemaker for Mesa), but for some reason, Atlas didn't get one. 

    Now, I'm not the biggest min-maxer in town, but its still strange that some people still run around with Jaw Swords and whatnot with Atlas, instead of having a melee they actually like equipped.

  6. On a surface level, I'm for this idea, however, it needs a lot more thought put into it. 

    For one, I don't think health and shield increasing mods should be rolled into warframes. Even now, I don't use Vitality on some of my warframes. In fact, I'd wager that I have less warframes that use it than those that don't. So I'm gonna pass on that idea.

    As for Serration/Hornet Strike/Pressure Point, you didn't take into consideration the nature of base damage. If I understand it correctly, you want Serration to be part of the base damage of the weapon, but then some mods that further increase damage could become dangerously powerful and a must-have for pretty much every build. Take Heavy Caliber for example, which is not used in all of the builds as of now, but the damage increase could become too powerful to pass up if the weapon damage changes.

    So in conclusion: if they ever gonna do something like this, it needs a lot of work, maybe not even reworking serration and Weapon stats, but also how crit and status mods work or how elemental damage is calculated. I'm all for mod diversity and I do aggree that there's not much room for creativity in modding weapons, but this process will be a lot slower and harder than you make it out to be, so I don't see this coming in the near future.

  7. Solution is pretty simple TBH

    1. fix the host-migration problem. This sounds more like a bug than a deliberate decision to me.

    2. At the end of every 2 waves, 2 portals should open. An extraction portal and a progression portal. Give the extraction portal a clear indicator so players don't get confused.

    There, fixed. You don't need to wait for efficiency to drop to 0 and you can extract individually. Maybe slap on an "are you sure you want to extract?" notification in case someone still misses the portal.

  8. So I got the "find 4 caches without getting downed or killed" riven challenge for a pistol riven. Now, the challenge itself isn't a problem, the problem is that going underwater and surfacing with an archwing on Uranus ALSO counts as being "downed or killed" for some reason. Lost 3 cache counts because of this bug. If it's not much of a hassle, could you look into this, so that it doesn't annoy anyone else in the future? Thanks!

  9. Hey DE!

    So I was just doing a lvl 40-60 bounty and just as we got to the last stage (target capture) and reached the objective area, the mission suddenly failed. I know there is a timer that runs out if you don't capture the target in a certain timespan, but there was not even a timer up yet. The order of the objectives was: vault hacking, drone capture, destroying dropped supplies, point capture and defense and finally target capture. Don't know if this helps pinpoint the issue, but I'm trying to describe the bug as accurately as possible.

  10. So, today I was farming on Pluto for Axi and Neo relics and amassed quite some credits compared to when I started. I had 70k this morning and by the time I looked at the cred counter, it was at 250k. So I went and opened some relics, but just now, I realized that I'm missing about 100k credits. I don't recall spending on anything (no, not even crafting). Anyone ever had this bug before?

  11. Hello everyone! 

    I'm not sure if this belongs here, I just figured this is the most accurate subforum I could find. So, when I try to log in, it says that it failed and asked my to check my info. So I double checked and I'm pretty sure I've typed in everything correctly. After several unsuccessful tries, I decided to reset my password, but the service to reset it isn't working either. I tried to look for a dev post about a maitenance, but I found nothing. Are the servers just down or is there some problem at my end?
