Broberon with a lot of strength and some efficiency/duration works pretty well. You just have to watch your energy and turn off 3 -> drop several pads -> turn 3 back on.

Magnetic Kuva Nukor lets you put 4 elements on it for condition overload.

Whats next
how guns fire ammo and you just look at enemies and it's a coinflip whether they die or instantly kill you
your choice of frame is completely randomized
all mods are removed
they install denuvo anti-cheat and sell everyone's info to tencent
I don't know. What's next, OP?

Damage dealt stat includes overkill damage
Nope, it's just enemy health dealt. If it were, OP would probably be much closer or way ahead in damage dealt just by the overkill because the Soma's going to be relatively close to no overkill.
Likely the other guy was killing enemies with more health, while OP was killing more trash mobs with the splash damage.

Is that a record?

Pretty sure the different types of quills just do a guaranteed status proc of that element, not actually any damage of that type.

You won't be able to trade for prime blueprints for weapons above your mastery rank.

They should take a brief look at Bug Style from Megaman Battle Network 2 and 3.

Assuming no other differences, ie. it's just +cc+cd+imp vs +cc+cd-imp, take the latter because it makes the cc and cd stronger.
Also, that +75% applies to that portion of the damage no matter what. More impact would just be more impact with no changes to the existing radiation doing 75% more.

Now I know Twitch Prime rewards are a sham.
Ember worked as of several weeks ago. Something changed about the system that broke the rewards (for Warframe at least). Twitch drops from streams still work for instance.

While we're in the players helping players forum, what are all the factors to a bleed tick and what ways can they be increased?
Gun mods:
Base damage increasing mods (so no elemental or physical increasing mods and multishot only increases the number of pellets), critical multipliers (including double/triple/etc crits), and also headshot multiplier
Frames:
Any power that increases base damage, so Rhino's Roar, Mirage's Eclipse, Chroma's Vex Armor, and Garuda's passive. Unsure about Equinox's Rage, Nova's Molecular Prime, and Banshee's Sonar (since it's not really documented anywhere that those do or don't help).
Any power that increases critical chance, critical damage multiplier, or headshot multiplier, so Ivara's Empowered Quiver and Prowl, Harrow's Covenant, Volt's Electric Shield, and NIdus' Teeming Virulence.
Arcanes:
Any that boost damage or critical chance for a given weapon
Pets:
Adarza/Smeeta both have critical chance buffs, and Tek Collateral increases crit damage in the marked zone

Once you finish all of a week's missions, you can redo previous missions 3 at a time and hypothetically get all of the points.

Just got 97k with the Daikyu with Garuda. 6/8 mods on it, too.
-
Melee can get stupidly big with the combo counter, but what about guns?
Doing this solo in the simulacrum, using either Garuda for forced bleed procs or Harrow for the 200% crit with Hunter Munitions.
So far I've managed 72k with Harrow and 70k with Garuda with the Lanka at 4x combo counter (completely unrealistic). Without a combo counter, I've seen 21k with the Penta and Garuda.
Edit: forgot to try with Garuda at minimum health, I'll try that soon. And it doubles the tick as expected, so 42k with the Penta on a headshot with an orange crit.

How about Lephantis? While the invuln periods get lengthened there too, it seems to me like Slowva does a lot more good than harm in that fight with an average, or even somewhat above average rando-squad.
You can take down an entire head's health in one phase, so a not-all-of-the-duration Nova can extend the damage window and let you kill a head, though you have to wait longer for the vulnerabilities if you don't time it right.
With Manics in particular, they go into their invulnerability phases once you do enough damage regardless of how quickly you did it, so it's guaranteed to take longer to kill a slow manic than a fast one.

Manics have invulnerability phases, so being slow makes those phases longer.

Got a riven a while ago for the Miter, and after some experimenting, I'm looking for suggestions
261.6% Damage
186.6% Critical Damage
122.9% Cold
-62.7% Magazine Capacity
With 4 forma, I've used:
Sometimes with Infected clip replaced with Fanged Fusillade for more slash procs (6514 slash and 7991 viral). Also have tried gas, which is about the same in terms of effectiveness. Any modifications people would suggest aside from not using the miter?

Scourge with no damage mods and a Pyrana with a lot of damage mods. Find a camp on Cetus with a few enemies, let them set off alarms and bring reinforcements. Throw the scourge at a cluster of them and bullet jump straight up, and then shoot the pyrana straight down at anyone with the glow from the scourge.
Another similar option is Mag with low range and power. Find 3 reasonably spaced out enemies, cast 3 magnetize bubbles, and jump up and shoot. May take a few tries as the enemies like to shoot themselves and if there are too many enemies other ones might kill them.

Crit riven secura penta (with or without the augment) with hunter munitions and a lot of multishot
Explode over heads for tasty bleed procs.

Will Warframe run on a portable installation such as external hard drives or a USB flash drive with enough capacity? If so you can take that drive to an available lab such as a library and run it there.

Hilt and Blade can also drop from the sentients that spawn at the end of the Ropalolyst. This is a lot faster if you don't have a great nuke for exterminations (or if you don't really like Lua).
