[Fortuna: EU Region Download Issues]

The thing don't get is why DE didnt notice it BEFORE Fortuna launched.... meanwhile while i was typing this the speed went op to 25 mbs :D complain and you shall receive

[PC keeps stuttering]

So since a couple of months every single time when i wanna play Warframe my pc keeps freezing over and over again and after like a minute it just works and then it freezes again. These are my specs:

 

i7-7700K

32GB ram

GTX 1080TI 

500GB nvme ssd m.2

8TB WD red

2TB Seagate Barracuda

1TB Seagate Barracuda (don't ask)

MSI Z270 Gaming M7 motherboard

 

I hope someone gives me a working answer
