Finally... We're able to login normally. I'm from SEA region(w/o VPN)

For those still affected by this issue, you can try WindScribe VPN, they offer 10GB data cap if you register and confirm your email.

Did you do anything special? Or did it just come back without you really doing anything?

    Hello TheRaineman,

I'm very sorry for the delay in responding to your ticket request. We are experiencing a temporary backlog in tickets right now and will get to your ticket as soon as we can. If the issue has been resolved please respond with This is now solved which will close the ticket.

If you are still experiencing log in issues please let us know. Also, if you have not done so already please make sure to send over the game logs requested in the automatic support email.

Please note, we received reports from the following regions of increased botnet traffic from some ISP connections disrupting regular log in attempts. Once this traffic subsides players in these affected regions will be able to get in again without any problems. If you have the option, you can confirm by trying to log in through an alternative ISP. Changing your IP through a VPN or some other method may also work to temporarily bypass the problem until normal traffic resumes.

    Most heavily affected regions:

    • Philippines
    • India
    • Indonesia
    • Thailand
    • Czech Republic

Thank you for your cooperation and patience here.

Well, gotta hand it to that data map tracker, it's pretty close.

  3. Still out for me for almost a week.

A few things. This isn't my 1st time getting IP banned. The previous ones only lasted a few hours or at most a day.
Strangely, during those time, I also wasn't able to access the Warframe hub app with my account(Same IP connection).

This time however, I CAN access the WF hub app and not the client. Dunno if that means anything.

    Still, DE PLEASE. Giff access.

  4. I have the same problem. Able to log into the forums but not in the game.

However I have found a few things.

I play through my laptop, using a wifi connection. But when I used my phone's data(Using a different ISP than my wifi router) and connect through it's Hotspot, it works fine both the game and the app store hub app.

So I have a few questions just to find out where the problem is myself since not alot of people are having this problem:

    Are you using wifi?

Have you tried using a different isp? Or connection type? Like ethernet-cable or phone data.

Or looking if this is a local thing, where are you from? No need to say which country, just region since I'm from SEA.

Do you have the Workstation service running on your PC? Also check Control panel->Internet Options->Advanced and make sure TLS 1.0 is ticked as from memory WF requires that. The fact that the phone app works makes me think it is something else though. Have you tried resetting the password?

Workstation service is on and TLS 1.0 is ticked on.
Don't think it's the password either since I did make a 2nd account. Same thing. Able to log in to forums but not in the app/game.

Edit: I would like to add that there is no lag-time when waiting for the error message if that's important. Almost instant. Not like when the internet speed is wonky and it takes a while to register the login message.

  6. Playing on PC - Steam-linked.

I cannot log in both the game and the hub app from my phone.

Also tried another account. No go. However I can log in on the forums and the warframe website.

Anybody else have this problem? Or better yet, how to solve it? Thanks.
