I'v had an issue turn up on my account regarding plat. About a month ago I had bought the $100 package and last Saturday 1k of it went missing was sitting at around 1,800 and now at 800. I'v sent a ticket in with all the details but its been two days and I haven't gotten a word back. How long should it take support to get in touch with me about this?

seeing as $50 has gone missing, I'l like to clear this up quickly. And I'd love to at the most get an "We are looking into this matter" But I'v gotten nothing. its not even assigned to someone. I'd feel like players losing something they spent real money on would be a little bit of a priority.
