    why DE changed Arcane Barrier to "On Shield Damage"? the percentage is too low now that we cannot use 2 , and its useless outside hildryn

    bruh, i invested so much time on getting a full set of those to put on my khora instead of the arcane grace one, why turn out and RARE ARCANE on a thing that only ONE warframe can use it?
