As said before, I have about 40-50 orokin cells from leveling up stuff at Helene. Also, now that location drops relicts needed for Limbo Prime so even better

There is no fast way. Ivara drops only on reward 3 of spy missions. But you could recruit people in the in-game chat to do Ivara farm. That should speed things up a little

The kraken is not horrible, but you should know that it is considered and widely mocked for being the worst secondary of the game. If you have simulacrum from cephalon simmaris you should go there and test it a bit with different builds. If you don't like it you can always sell it for plat.

If you have to choose I'd say the first one. You loose a lot of accuracy due to the recoil, but as it is a shotgun you don't need much. And its multishot and status duration are very good. That being said, this one benefits more from crit builds which none of the options have.

Honestly, I have the same riven with the same challenge and it looks very challenging. I'd sell it for plat. Specially since you are MR 6 and rivens are usually marter rank locked to MR11 and upwards. You can get more rivens with sorties and easier challenges

I wouldn't sell any warframes, specially mission based since it would be pretty hard to get them back. Getting 20 plat for a new slot is not too hard. For example you can easily get 10-15 plat by selling the mods that corrupter Vor drops in the void. Farm it a couple of times, sell the mods it drops and you have enougth plat for a new slot
