3. Go to XBox Marketplace. Install Warframe from there.

6. When the download is complete. And it's in "recently installed" Hold down your power button and reset the machine. Turn back on and Launch Warframe. 

The download is the only thing that needs to be running. 

This is what worked for me. The reason I said, no other apps running, is because I was playing other games and watching YouTube while Warframe was downloading the first time and it still froze at the checking for updates at 0%.

I believe the Warframe download being the only thing pulling data is the key to it working.

As a side note: At 49% the download will say Warframe Ready To Start. Don't click it. Wait until the download is 100% done. 

If WIFI is your only option, Do the same steps and don't have anything else running except for the download. 

I don't know if this is a 100% garrentee, but I felt that, the Warframe instillation being the only thing pulling data would be the best chance at it being a successful download. And this is what worked for me.

Thank you for sharing your solution. I made sure to follow every step but I STILL can't login to Warframe. This is my third time uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I don't know what else to do.

I've had this problem for literally a few weeks now and no one has helped me yet. I'm not sure if the problem will be fixed at this point. I'd love to play the game because I truly enjoy it but I don't think I'll be able to play again any time soon

I've been having this problem for a few weeks now and still haven't been able to play it. I love the game and have nothing but praise for it but this is getting to be really aggravating. I haven't been able to play the game for weeks now because I keep getting "login failed, could not connect to server". I tried everything, including uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Not even that helped. I don't know what to do pls help!

 

Edit: I'm able to play every other online game I own just fine and with no problem, it's literally just Warframe.

[XB1 Stuck On Login Screen Post U23 Update]

For a week or two now I haven't been able to log into warframe's servers. I can log in and play on multiple other games such as destiny, overwatch, and for honor. The only on of my games that won't let me login is warframe. 

Once I make it past the screen where it checks for updates, I get to another screen where it lets me press A to play. I press A and it says that the network isn't responding for about 2 minutes until a message pops up saying "login failed. Couldn't connect to server". This has been happening to me for a week or two now and I'm not able to play warframe at all.
