[Negative plat]

So I admit that I did indeed buy plat from the blackmarket and I really didn't know what could happen as I didn't really look that much into. Now I was at -2782 plat and I thought it would be worth just paying off the negative plat, but I had made a mistake. I thought that the 100$ plat amount came with 2100 plat and an additional 2100, I thought the additives on the bottom were bonus plat and I had spent 100 on plat that didn't even pull my account out of the negative (stupid mistake). I just submitted a support ticket asking if I could get a refund on the 100$ worth of plat (even though it just barely missed bringing my account out of the negative) to instead buy the ivara bundle that comes with way more plat for 80$. I have to wait the weekend to see but do you guys think they will refund the plat even though its basically gone because the plat was just subtracting the negative amount on my account?
