[Faction cap bug]

I noticed it yesterday since I had hopped on Warframe to play it for the first time in a week, and when I tried giving Smokefinger some gems to get standing the warning for wasting gems popped up. And when I checked the syndicate tab in my profile the only things not maxed out are the syndicates and Simaris, everything else says that I have reached the daily cap even though some things like the Conclave are listed at 0/5,000 neutral.

[K-Drive camera]

When I try to move while on the K-Drive the camera starts to be really jerky, and the K-Drive bounces off rails when I try to grind, but it doesn't smooth out unless I'm on water or riding it in/on one of the bases.
