I will assume that you have read the above article or that you already knew the above method.

Now, if you want to make the game think you run it through Discord, just edit out the "-registry:Steam" part in the shortcut Properties > Target box and replace it with "-registry:Discord". No reinstalling needed. I have tried it and it worked.

No idea how it fares with a standalone installation, but it might also work.

Some people also reported that this method didn't work for them, so there is no guarantee that this will work for you. Just something to try out.

Even after looking through the guide you have shown there I still don't fully understand where registry and all that goes
