Bugs involving the second stage of the third mission of the Jordas Verdict: 

1. esophage not picking up the generator on the second stage after activating corresponding esophage

2. third stage archwing tunnel, shields failing getting kicked out and ascending beyond the sky box uncontrollably getting forced out of the mission

3. archwing tunnels tend to have invisible walls protruding from what is graphically visible hindering movement ether upon entering or during continuation down the tunnel.
