I did 12 perfect in a row today (4 pobber 'bounties' marked on my map x 3 each). Used Ivara sleep arrows. All noted Perfect in the summary screen. Progress still shows 0/10.

Just did Konzu's top tier mission.. made it through third objective successfully, waiting for next to appear and instead get a mission failed. Still got loot from phases up to that point. It had just turned day time and new set of missions were available when I accepted it. Also appear to have received Ostron standing for the three phases completed.
Deploy extractor bug, sometimes fails to deploy. Sound effects of false deploy. (video)

I've been having this issue for the past few weeks. It seems to occur most often on the first one being deployed, but I have had it occur on three in a row.
