["Login failed. Check your info" happen again]

After a few days this issue been fixed it has return again

I unable to log in to my account and the message "Login failed. Check your info" keep appearing although i put the right email and password. Using a different source of internet in my Warframe's Nexus App for phones also have the same problem.
