[Energizing dash bug]

So this morning my energizing dash was working properly, but now, it just won't anymore. Before anyone tells me to check my loadout, yes, it's activated, I checked 5 times already. I tried in solo, then public missions, but it won't work anymore. I spam dash and the circle doesn't appear. Did once at the very beggining of a random mission then stopped working for the rest of it. I don't know what happened and if I'm the only one that's encountering this problem but this is kind of annoying. Is there a way to fix it, or is it a bug that occured since the last hotfix or something like that ? Am I even the only one that encounter this bug ?
