[What to get with Platinum as a new/returning player]

Hey all, I'm still very new to this game as I didn't play much last time and I'm wanting to slowly get back into it. I realized after logging in that there's a 70% discount promotion going on for Platinum, unless that's just a returning player offer, which is still a very huge discount. What would be a good recommendation for a starting player type bundle?
