When mission finished and me and my squad try to go back we were stuck in the loading screen for a long time and we aborted the mission we still got all the resources.

[Railjack team members cannot access navigation when host dies]

I formed a crew on my railjack and two people were in and two were out then I the host died and ran out of revives so the only option was for me to abort and then a bug happened where all fighters are destroyed but no crew ships spawned and we were stuck in the mission for a long time and crew members can't access the navigation and whenever I try to go back to the dojo after a mission in the railjack the game crashed and all resources and railjack abilities are gone.
