Ok so the problem is that even though I'm mastery rank 2 I cant speak or see chat it always says that I'm not (and I cant think of the word at the moment) able to see chat because im not equipted (like I said, those arent the exact words). All of this is new to me because I've never had this problem before with my past accounts. Please help.
