[Pago on Kuva Fortress Doesn't Start Correctly]

It seems that the Pago mission on Kuva Fortress doesn't start correctly, the mission countdown initiates, then it gets to 0, and gets stuck at 0. The screen goes black, and you can get out out of this by checking an alert or pressing Y, but I haven't found any way to actually play the mission. This is most unfortunate, as it's the last mission on the Starchart i have yet to do.
