  1. Yeah the easiest way for me to judge GI lighting is the Helminth garden and it's not as vibrant. Conversely some darks are too dark and some spotlights are too bright. Some ephemeras are too dark now, easily seen with protovyre and sister ephemeras.

    I have 'adjust brightness for dark sections' turned on.

For the past 2 or so months I've been having problems downloading updates that would (mostly) be fixed by changing the launcher language to anything other than English, then back to English before playing.  This last one though, same problems that people have been downloading with downloading 7-ish gbs then just failing and having to redownload (and/or optimizing the cache again).  Even changing language isn't working.

  3. Could have something to do with bugging out when immortality / damage immunity kicks in.  I've had it happen when I use Defy, Cloud Walker, and more often Immortal Techniques.  So it could be lag for Defy & Cloud Walker, but Immortal Techniques is something else.  I had to dash/shoot my way to the exit as an operator after that, which was exciting.  It turned out to be a freaking Catalyzer Link though.  Weeping Wounds doesn't exist.

  4. Once you kill something you know is near another enemy (or if you feel it is), hide behind a pillar for a comfortable amount of time.  If you hear a grineer exclaim, then you know they're alerted but he'll lose that in a little while, so you can wait a little longer.

    The problem is the radius where they can see you is really far atm, so it's not insta fail, they just look up and see you with eagle vision.

  5. Not sure if this has been reported but having the interact and mercy kill key being the same button is weird if you're near something interactable.

    Thrall area which obviously has grineer has grineer ramparts.  Rampart was near cliff (Mars).  Thrall was using rampart.  Killed the thrall off the rampart, start mercy kill.  Stuck facing rampart but not using rampart, no other keys/buttons working (not even bringing up chat), mercy kill didn't push through.  Waited for mobs to kill me so I could rez, worked normally.

    And then the ich spawns between wall and rampart.  I don't have any requiem mods but said what the hell.  It's fine because the lich will auto kill anyway.

    After lich leaves, thrall spawns in the same area.  Just to see if it's reproducible, I mercy kill it near the rampart.  Yep, stuck again facing rampart but not using it.  This time I think the mercy kill went through.  Sinc the lich spawned, no other mobs nearby so I can respawn so I had to force the game closed.  But hey, it proved that this probably rare circumstance is reproducible.

  6. I was doing a riven to kill 5 Dargyn Pilots and I was having problems so I tried to knock the enemies up in the air and noticed Rhino's Stomp wasn't lifting them so high anymore and it wouldn't register grounded pilots being high enough off the ground, same with Titania's 1, and Trinity's 1 (which at least looked like it was lifting enemies higher).  Finally, I tried Slowva, went into plains, waited for grounded pilots to get into their machines... and waited some more... and they just couldn't lift off.

    Whatever's keeping things lower on the y-axis appears to have permanently grounded ground dargyns (except for those who spawn in flying).  Maybe it's related to the fix of operators slingshotting.  The dargyns just don't want to get in the air.  So I'm not sure if it's just height for abilities, height registration for rivens (or a "fix" for using abilities), or AI behavior for the dargyns -- the pilots still run and get in their machines, and shoot at you, but they don't launch their dargyns off the ground.

Went on a 4k endurance run for the weapon and as my pc lagged, the UI wasn't updating with the score (being stuck for the longest time at 1000+) when we extracted my teammates confirmed we reached 4000 and my screen still showed 3457 (as it had for minutes, the conduit status just stopped updating entirely pretty much after the first round).  I only got credited for what was shown on screen.  I think this should be something driven by a server-side log and not by client UI.  Or at least find a way to force synch the client display.

    When I get UI problems in PoE and Orb Vallis, I still get the rewards for step completion.
