[Omni Tool and Tactical Menu controller shortcuts are bound to a function rather than a button]

Hi, thank you for adding controller shortcuts for Omni Tool and Tactical Menu for Railjack. I play with a controller, so it's a huge convenience.

However, I found out that they're bound rather oddly. Let me explain.

The way I thought it would work is that, like with Abilities, I hold down R1 and then I press D-Pad Left and Right for those two.

The way it actually worked is that those two shortcuts are bound to Cycle Ability Left/Right in the General tab - as those are the default functions of D-Pad L/R.

Since I can already use Abilities with R1 + face buttons, I use the D-Pad L/R for other shortcuts of my liking. But when I do that, Omni and Tactical won't activate at all.

I hope it's fixed soon, because honestly, the current situation just doesn't make sense.

While I'm at it, I'd also like to request more buttons being freed up for customization under the Ability Menu, as it's so underutilized.
