Now simulor is just bad.
I think they just changed it back, spent a round with the old one on defense

Is the simulor supposed to be back to normal?

"I wonder what those two are doing on their honeymoon?"- friend A
"Probably shaking the ground." -friend B
WHAT THEY'RE ACTUALLY DOING
"Honored Tenno,"

I know that I want saryn prime, but this is a bit much:

"Kitty, huh? Quite the name I must say." Agatha chimed in again. "And what's this race I keep hearing about?"

still recruiting?

Spectrum: The name is Spectrum, just an engineer working around here. Anyway what is your name madam?
"Agatha, the name's Agatha. So, you got anywhere you could take me, Spectrum?" She looked coyly at Spectrum.

Spectrum: Apologies if I got into your way madam but seems like you are new here, no? I don't recall seeing you here before *said it with a French accent*
"Haven't been here a long time, my friend." She laughed. The last time she was here there was so many crazy things going on, an out of control AI, drinking contests, all that jazz.
"Anyways, friend, who are you?"
-
Agatha stretched one last time and jumped out of her Liset onto the landing pad, too impatient to wait for it to fully dock with the dojo. It had been a long time since she came back to this place. She had only found the coordinates for this place again by rummaging through the millions of alloy plates that were collecting dust in her Orbiter's cargo holds.
"Nice to see this place again. Let's see who's here." She said to herself as she quickly realigned the systems on her Nyx and triple-checked the safety on her Tonkor.

im more curious to know why "holiday items", is he ganna make the tenno wear socks, nipple clamps / protectors and then shoot them point blank? lol.
Grinch indeed though, was hoping he'd have something useful :(
Actually I've tested the edo plate on some of my frames, especially the thinner ones and the girlframes, and I can say that the Edo plate is more like a collarbone attachment than nipple clamps.
EDIT: Second round of testing, did it on equinox, frost, and chroma, and yeah they kinda hang a bit low.

The problem I find with putting in a cover system is that
1: you have a crouch button and crates, just do that. Unless you wanna be all Ghost Recon: Phantoms about Cover and give bonuses for being in cover.
2: With most games it is either auto-sticky, or you press a button. I'm pretty sure an auto-sticky system would piss off just about everyone trying to parkour, and if it was button based, you'd have to put the button somewhere away from the left side of the keyboard because you hand actually moves around quite a bit in combat. So one end pisses off the wannabe super spies and the other end pisses of the crate-huggers. And neither of them will be happy either way.

AGayGuyPlays is somewhere, smirking at DE right about now.
-
And this is AFTER I lost two million dmg because of windows update. I got that high in 10 minutes with a good trinity. It's not hard to permanently sustain maim. Fleeting Expertise anyone?
-
What the heck, DE? I just clear a room because it was getting annoying trying to scan the darn thing with them whacking me, and then he gets stuck. How does this happen?
-
getting dragged into a low tier survival like appolodorus will get you the napalms to get Rage.

Ais heard the gunfire nearby and moved to see what was going on, hiding behind a snow covered barrel with his kunai in one hand and single orthos with the other. He peeked around the barrel and waited, strike getting to the roof of a building nearby and staying on standby. "Strike, status report." He whispered, hoping his helper's auditory sensors could pick up his voice.
Can't see anything yet, partner.
-
Ais walked through the streets, the single bladed orthos wrapped up on his back. After seeing the empty shops and smithies he decided to wander back towards where he thinks the group is with Strike.

Speaking of hardcore, 10 on 1600 lvl 30 corpus/infested? In waves of course. gun players get to lob bullets into a horde of people, campers can just stay back and pick people off, spammers can... well... spam... (it's level 30 corpus once the nulls are gone everything will rip through them, and ancients as well as the new units are pushovers), and the sword masters can jump right into the horde. Just me throwing an idea out.
@OP: 1: having quirky tac alerts with debilitating requirements isn't the BEST way to solve everyone's problems. Some people(like me) enjoy endurance runs and I'd rather wait an hour or three going through lvl 20s-100s than being dropped directly into lvl 327s.
2: with your system, it's going to be hard to do 4 second snow globes and 5 second Mprimes, both of which are very very important at higher levels. Dropping the restore timer won't matter, as it's still 900 credits you flush every time you use one, and with the amount you're going to need, due to very bad returns (damage from Mprime explosions I think still counts as ability damage, so if those kill, you get no energy) and the fact that efficiency is probably about 150-200% worse compared to normal now, it is really going to hurt your credit wallet and energy pool.
TL;DR: some enjoy wasting away 3 hours on one mission, and some frames like run-and-gun nova are designed to Mprime a room, shoot everyone, move onto the next, Mprime, shoot, rinse and repeat. At some point damage buffs like that and resonance are vital to doing any kind of damage without viral procs. The game is designed around using abilities well and often. If you don't like that playstyle, fine. but others do, and CDs on abilities, once again, were scrapped a long time ago.
-
OK to OP: Sure you may solve some things, but what about the level 250-300 thrill-seekers, the ones who bring 12 forma synapses, cps, and enough pizza restores to fill Nef Anyo's empty vault? The ones who go 2-3 hour survivals just to feel the pain of a prova one-shotting them, their children, and their grandchildren in one swing? The fact is, that at the overkill game level(I.E: 200+) you are forced BACK to your guns. damage scaling stops pretty abruptly after a while, and the only thing to do is to endlessly spam 4s. Because that is the ONLY thing that is going to keep you alive. limiting energy at that level using your ideas will limit their ability to CC new foes and slowly whittle down the ones caught by resonance and the like. At that high level, your sorta-dream gameplay, where people use both guns and abilities in tandem, comes back. Mesa has a damage cap. Saryn has a very low damage cap. At some points it is NEEDED to mash CC, because NOTHING WORKS ANYMORE. The only thing you have left that does damage is your trusty gun and sword. Sure there are problems all the way to the so-called "endgame", but there is a realm past that, where the gun reigns supreme over the ability, and camping sure as hell isn't going to help you.

prova vandal glitches me across the map (something about the slow starting attack and momentum I think) and a fully berserkered atterax with blind rage warcry....... jesus that's far....
-
their spin speed and momentum is abysmal too. I could move faster by walking than by coptering with the hate.

The MOMENT I see the black seed commanders I crash, without fail. Anybody else?
