To elaborate why not, it's probably because Loki is far too squishy to be out in the open for a few seconds longer, and this brief time-frame is shortened as a player continues to higher levels.

His other survivability skill, Decoy is unreliable and becomes ineffective when enemy damage can destroy it within a few seconds.

[Stalker Invasion Chance]

There is always a 5% chance for the Stalker to spawn in any mission except the Dojo, however the Stalker will only target players with a Warframe rank of at least 5 with an active death mark (given after killing a boss). If there are no valid targets, the Stalker will not spawn.

The belief that lower leveled equipment increasces that rate cannot be confirmed, and from my experience it is entirely random. I've had 13 Stalkers back to back with all 30 gear and no spawns with all 0 gear, and vice versa from time to time.

 

Same with me. Always got Stalker spawns on my 30 Saryn but so far nothing on my other low level frames. Same for gear.

So, I'm pretty new here and I have this question.

 

What's the difference between a normal frame and a "prime" frame? Is it anything related to damage/armor/hp etc,.? If so, could anyone post a chart of it here, please?

It's been 3 days since I've started playing this game after a friend recommended me to try it out. And to say, THIS GAME OWNS! :D Love the community too. First one so far for me where people are actually willing to help out with stuff (or maybe I'm just lucky here? Lol).
