[Cephalon Fragment stuck inside wall on Derelicts]

So, is trying to complete the cephalon fragments, and during one of my derelict runs, the fragment spawns inside a wall.

Oh, I think that it could work well, but I certainly cannot do it with my current skills.

I have managed a mediocre Vector of the Heavens but if someone can improve on it, or just flat out made a better one, I would love to hear it.

[Ayatan Star and Orb Vallis Mission Containers]

So I was doing an Orb Vallis mission, and the final part was to enter a base and open some containers. One of those containers contained an Ayatan Amber Star, but it was impossible for me to pick it up despite standing litterally on top of it. Picture of the "unreachable" Ayatan Star

[Oculysts staying after being scanned, and shot at afterwards]

This happened on Rosalind on Uranus over 2 missions.

Not quite sure why this happened to be honest. 2 Oculysts had spawned despite not getting the visual effect indicating that they had spawned, I scanned them and they stayed. I walked up to them, killed some grineer who were attacking them. Still nothing. Shot at them. Nothing more than still just facing me.

My best bet was that in the mission prior, I got the Oculyst spawn effect but couldn't find it/them, and the lighting stayed with the blue filter for the rest of the mission aside for a few moments here and there before returning, but that was most likely due to camera movement. Then entered the mission where the above Oculyst encounter happened.
