[Game Freezes When Opening Navigation Menu.]

I don't really have any photos of this, but whenever i try to open specific menus within warframe the game will freeze. After 10 minutes or so the game unfreezes and the game runs smoothly until I click on the game application, then it freezes again. Its made the game unplayable and I haven't seen anybody else having this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
