[Add the Corpus Machinist Flamethrower]

i noticed the corpus flamethrower have a secondary function in the form of a high status grenade launcher this adds some player's choice to the matter otherwise considering DE is busy with adding 2 new WFs we are not seeing the light of it for a long while unless they decided to add it as a new content with one of them
