Hi, sorry to bother you, regarding the game Warframe, i was lagging quite badly in the main screen. After i restart my computer, i noticed a 'Skana' basic unrank sword which i clearly remember that i do not have one and my Platinum reduced accordingly.

Is it possible to restore my purchase? because this error/bug worth 150 platinum which is alot. i find it very disturbing and hoping that i can have back my platinum. I will delete this ' Skana' weapon because it's not mine in the first place.
