Rocks are spawning inside of buildings? I'm completely confused

Ok, guys, I apparently fixed the problem by loading up Warframe as soon as my desktop opened up? Meaning it (for the first time) asked me for permission.
This makes me believe that the launcher just bugged out and does not ask, automatically thinking that it does not want anyone letting the connection from Warframe through to our computers. Weird, huh?

I've tried configuring my internet security, and even turning it off at one point, though it did not work.

I submitted a ticket, now I'm confused on what to do next. Just wait for them?

ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT" <--- I have a pretty good internet, no problems at all.

 

Someone help please, I cannot find a forum with a solution anywhere, and this is the first time I've had a problem with the launcher!

I was just in a server with the same problem; switch teleport does not seem to work at all anymore.
