[Energy Opacity bug]

After the last hot-fix, i have been experiencing an issue with the appearance of the Warframes. Whenever they do their animation light particles are not entire visible and seem to be somewhat transparent, the same issue when casting abilities. The colors also seem to be a little flat, and somewhat darker. Even the starchart is dark and unlit. Anything to do with light and particles seem grim and transparent. I have inquired about this issue in the regional and Q&A chat but none seem to understand my issue. 

[Cant see bought weapon]

I just bought a Sugatra from baro but it doesnt show up in my inventory. I tried restarting my game but its been the same. My credits have been deducted for the amount i have spent for the sugatra and so are the ducats. Can anyone help me?
