Saryn is really a damage over time frame. Spores is its real 'killing power' ability.
On my Saryn Prime (2 forma) these are a couple builds...
A build I have for ESO is:
- Duration: 68%
- Efficiency: 160% (because ESO)
- Range: 190%
- Strength: 194%
Another build for general usage is:
- Duration: 128% (for toxic lash)
- Efficiency: 90%
- Range: 280%
- Strength: 167%
At 200% strength Spores gets 100% status chance but I haven't tested how much that matters given the builds I run and the weapons I bring work fine.
Thanks

Focus on range. Strength doesn't matter too much because you're supposed to use Miasma with Spore. Miasma has very short duration, so duration is a bit of a waste, but still useful for other reasons.
My Saryn has barely above 100% ability strength, but has 190% range. I use Miasma every now and then in ESO just to get a nice burst of damage.
Thanks for the help I got it

Well... Not Nightwave, that's certain. You'll have to wait for a new season to be released (or more prestige ranks to be added).
thank you so much

Oh cool! Are they making an Intermission go even further actual full and official seasons? Way to take a dump on Nightwave if it ends up being so.
Might as well make it a story-less, ever progressing battlepass at this point. At least we avoid the shame of it.
On the matter at hand I doubt you'll be able to "upgrade" it. The emissary was last season. It's pretty much over and done for.

And they are very very very behind schedule.
What I will do now
End all Daily Weekly

Kuva Flood missions drop Requiem Relics, which are needed to fight liches. The lich itself comes from killing a Kuva Larvaling in any Grineer mission level 20+.
I understand thank you very much

You must complete The War Within, and not have an active lich.
Got to any normal Grineer node over level 20, and a Kuva Larvaling enemy will sometimes spawn. If one spawns, kill it and then execute it with your Parazon.
Thank you very much for the help

as stated, you need to have completed the war within. then run misions over 20 with grineer.
HOWEVER you will have to farm the requiem mods from requiem relics before you can hunt a lich. you get these by completing kuva siphon or kuva flood missions or as drops from thralls once you have a lich.
once you defeat your lich you have the option to vanquish (kill) or convert (recruit), if you kill them you get their weapon in your foundary. you cannot trade this.
however if you convert/recruit the lich you can trade with others the actual lich for others to hunt, or you can buy a lich to hunt yourself (a waste of plat TBH).
dont be in a rush to hunt liches. they are a grind and a time sink. just have fun and enjoy your game until you are ready to fight them naturally. Thanks for your reply
kuva flood missions drops lich. By luck ?

You need to be Rank 1 in the Syndicate to get access to that Syndicate missions.
You start as Neutral, then you visit chosen syndicate room in a Relay, choose initiation and get syndicate sigil.
You wear a sigil in your normal missions and some % of your affinity will go towards syndicate's standing. When you gain 5000 rep, you can rank up and start doing syndicate missions.
Also this might help https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Syndicate#RankingThank you so much I understand
