[Swinging Sword Bug]

Over the past few days I have been having an issue on Excalibur where he just starts randomly swinging his sword. I am not able to use other weapons or an actual melee attack while this is happening. Normally I just run around and wait 30-45 sec for it to stop then move on. Today, however, it occurred while I was attempting my rank up mission. It was the rank 1 to 2 mission (pistol) so I didnt even have the sword, the character just moved his hands around like he did. Obviously this caused me to fail the mission.
