[Mastery rank 10 test bugged.]

I tried again the next day and passed, It seems it isn't a consistent bug, I attempted the bugged atempt whilst in Vesper Relay after a couple of practice attempts, Whereas I passed while attempting the test from my orbiter, I wonder if that makes a differance.

I have just had the frustrating misfortune of completing the mastery rank 10 qualifying test, Only to not actually be moved up to rank 10, But rather be awarded my current rank of 9. I have grinded really hard the last couple of days in order to take the test, I would simply take it again but I cannot as the game has put the test on a 24 hour cooldown. I have a video of the test completing and the award screen appearing, Can this please be rectified asap as I am unable to progress until its resolved, Either by correctly awarding me the rank I earned, Or at the very least the cooldown being reset for me to take it again. I also hope that others are not held up with the same issue..
