I got to the same map when I was supposed to start on a Phorid Assassination. Lotus even played her lines about spy cell being lost investigating asteroid.

I clicked on the Sedna Phorid mission today and started in a dojo-like tileset. The screenshot is at this link (don't know how to put images in, and ctrl-v seems broken in the text box here):

Just before this, I clicked on a Dark Sector Conflict mission, but did not start it.
Lotus still carried on with the normal "we lost a spy cell investigating this asteroid" message though. All the doors out from the starting room were blocked by force-fields. I could see survival-type oxygen things in the starting room and the room beyond. The other doors led to what looked like vacuum. Probably a conflict mission tileset?

At least the updater's out of the loop now.
Just very very slow downloading speed ~50kbps. Better than nothing, though.
PoE - Warframe Disappeared on Transference

My frame disappeared on transference in (to 'frame) during a Teralyst fight. Had been happily transferring in/out during the fight so I'm not sure what happened. Was using Umbra.
Could not transfer operator out again to finish the fight. Could still move around and even board K-drive/Archwing and return to Cetus.
Also noticed operator was transferring into Umbra at times when all I wanted to do was Void Dash him for Vazarin healing. Not sure if it is linked or intended.
