I also do not understand wat they meant by rotation A,B,C

Can we like somehow sell the frame of the warframe to trade with another frame?It is so hard to get patient zero blueprint and can't figure out how to get it plz allow us to trade frame for frame instead of the blueprint or the parts and warframe blueprint. :(
