[Vor's Prize - Mercury Nav Segment]

Same problem here. Fought vor. didn't count. still says to confront Vor.

I am having the same issue as HUNTER:

 

 

Ordis keeps telling me to build the countermeasure so Vor will stop messing with my head but I don't have any blueprint in my foundry for this "counter measure" so what do I do because I think Vor is stopping me from using the star chart.
