Yeah, cause people havn't paid real money for any warframe/weapon/mod/etc. that has been nerfed. Not trying to be rude, but this statement has no place here. There are many counts of weapons and frames being nerfed and people having spent money on them. Prime Access should be no different.
I know the potential is always there for people to buy pretty much anything with plat, but many of the people I know saw that boltor prime as one of the selling points to that specific Prime Access package. Obviously only the marketing department would know, but I'm willing to bet my loki prime that Prime Access is the premier revenue source within their market. I'm not trying to downplay those who spend real money on a weapon to get it nerfed, I'm just explaining why I think nerfing a Prime Access item could potentially impose a lot more harm on the reputation of DE.

The problem is, is that it's the veterans that are calling for better gear. We (since I do it too) like to run T3/4 missions for as long as possible in one sitting. If you are a Casual/Semi-Casual Player, any weapons is fine. But, If you are willing to sit for an hour or more straight in a single mission, then you gotta have the best loadout and team.
Call me crazy, but I think the real issue there is simply having a few things strong enough to support the idea of hour+ long missions. With just about any weapon/frame I put some time/love into, I can comfortably hit about 40 minutes t3/4s with my friends. None of us really use the cheeseball weapons anymore since they take the fun/challenge out of missions anyways. This means a 60+ minute run with a cheeseball weapon is still less fun than doing content with gear we actually like.
While nerfing guns like the boltor prime sounds like a reasonable request... a lot of individuals obtained it via Prime Access. Nerfing a gun that many people spent real money to obtain might not make for the best press. Risking bad press to work towards fixing what I feel is a minor issue just doesn't sound that viable.
EDIT: If anything, it stigmatizes OP gear for my friends and I. I dare not use Rhino or my formad boltor prime/paris prime or they'll grill me the entire mission. Those few pieces are gear are a good example of power creep, but since I still feel very few players feel their old gear is OBSOLETE, it seems like a minor issue in Warframe.

I feel like out of most online games I've played, this one has very minimal power creep issues for most players.
As long as it has a potato and/or some forma, everything is viable for most of the games content. I know some people feel pressured to always use "the best" and "most powerful" frames/weapons, but it's not really necessary in most situations anyways.
Personally, I like the nerfs to rocket weapons. The sniper based buffs were a tad underwhelming, but welcomed changes that show progress.

Yea, you just have to get it to them before they send it to cert though. I sent in my emblem 2 days after they sent in a previous build to cert so I had to wait 2 months for another update to actually see it :(
Cool thanks. My gf and I were able to finish making it yesterday and get it submitted. Reallllllly hope I didn't miss the deadline. I guess this would be the first time I'm glad a patch isn't finished yet?

If I were to submit my Clan Emblem design before Monday morning (08/11), do you think it would make it into the patch?

I don't think we've gotten an official word on whether or not that will be possible on Xbone. Considering PC -> PS4 is an option though, I would 'assume' we'll also see some type of option to transfer PC -> Xbone.

I didn't receive any death mark message from my inbox either, but fortunately Harvester came to attack me during I was playing Jupiter Io Defense Wave 15 yesterday and be killed, I finally got Detron blueprint, barrel & receiver.

As update: Did a few more invasions missions over weekend. Still no death mark. I did get to kill him when he came after my friend though.
Over 200 hours and the harvester still never targeted me. I'll try and forma my gear once Prime Access hits.. formaing my frame always seems to pull Stalker out of hiding.... that coward.

If it makes you feel any better, you still earn mastery rank experience even if you don't complete your rank up. I can't say I had the same problem in terms of graphical issues, but you can probably adjust some of the graphical settings to illuminate that blinding light (sorry, PS4 user here, can't give specifics)
PERSONALLY, I like that the timer gives a decent pressure to perform well. 24 hours feels a bit steep, but it's a good feeling when you pass these on your first try. I'll also say that I felt that the mastery rank 1 test was the most challenging. -
I also have this problem. I have not received a message from Vay Hek or Alad V for the harvester. I still get the Stalker ones. This does not mean I'm not marked though. They each have come after me. I would just like to receive the messages so I know for sure.
Glad to hear it's not just me. I supposed it's POSSIBLE I'm marked without notification, but with over 200 hours, I've never had the Harvester come at me bro.
Stalker attacked me today and got stuck in a tree. Perhaps these guys just aren't taking me very seriously.

During the last two weeks, I've been doing all the invasion missions possible (siding with the Grineer) attempting to get a Death Mark from the Corpus. Even after doing 30 invasions in a row, I failed to get a Death Mark in my inbox. The other 3 players with me all received it after the first 5 missions.
I've checked my inbox and noticed that I've never actually received a corpus death mark. I've been marked and attacked MANY times by the G3 and Stalker, but never Harvester.
I've even purposely got marked by the G3 and Stalker, killed them both, and tried to get a corpus mark, but even after 5+ invasions, no luck :(I seem to be immune to Alad V's sarcastic hate mail.

I'm pretty sure this is correct. I noticed these bullets first with my Akstiletto and assumed multishot was pointless. Further testing with my Twin Gremilins showed the same odd green bullets but also multiple bolts per shot. I don't recall which elemental I was using. With these results, I was able to pin point these green bullets to being some type of animation/effect and not some lazy bullets
