@Jazzbear Apology accepted. Thank you for being honest and accountable for your actions. What's sad is that I probably won't even get an apology let alone compensation (as shown by his lack of empathy and moral fiber).

1) It's called honoring an agreement, especially one that he went out of his way to make. I'm ok with not getting the mod, hence why I declined his counter offer to begin with. However, he came back to me and accepted my offer, and sold it to someone else without telling me anything. Sorry not sorry for not tolerating that kind of behavior. It's funny that you bring up contracts because oral contracts are enforceable in the court of law too. The absence of a dotted line does not excuse you from going back on your word.
2) I like how you assume that just because I mentioned Keemstar that I watch him and that confirms my toxicity. It's not like he's YouTube famous and a good chunk of people that watch videos on Youtube knows of his existence in some way, shape, or form. Also, my rightful complaint of my time being wasted is needless? That sounds a little toxic to me.
@Jazzbear You weren't in this situation, your time wasn't wasted, and you obviously don't understand the context. Please take your assumptions somewhere else.

Yea, but when you give me a counter offer and I decline, then you come back and take my original offer just to sell it to someone else, that's really low. Now you say "come on" like I have to understand why you wasted my time (probably other people's time too).
