Have the same issue. its been going on for a while. Hopefully they fix it soon.

[Patient Zero quest says Eris Junction not open but it is.]

went to start Patient Zero quest and it says I need to open Eris Junction yet it is open. I was able to start it before the update but can't now. I have even gone back and killed Mesa Specter 3 times but nothing changes.

 

Update:  Got it to work now, Some how I had the BP in inventory and built it. I had already done this before but all is good now.

Same here, went neutral, quest says complete and nothing in inbox......only found out about it watching a streaming and the new mod was mentioned. Not impressed at all. Hopefully gets fixed soon.

Didn't get reward either, hope they fix this.

Same here at 2060 Cryotic, all party members forced to abort. Also noticed we didn't get one Relic drop, not sure if its related but seemed wierd.
