[(PC) Empyrean: Railjack General Feedback Megathread]

Let us see the stats of railjack equipment in the clan research menu before we fabricate it. It is very difficult to tell whether it's actually better than the salvage I spent thousands of pustrels repairing, and I don't want to waste more precious pustrels to just build something that's worse than what I already have.

I found a Lavan Engine Mk I with a +9.9 km/h speed bonus in the description. I repaired it, it cost well over 2k pustrels, maybe over 3k, I don't really remember. Looking at the difference in speed from the basic Sigma Engine, the difference was MUCH MORE than that 9.9 km/h. Also, the ship speed is shown in m/s, so I had to do a unit conversion to even figure that out. Are the Lavan engines higher speed already, and that +9.9 km/h just a bonus? The Sigma Engine Mk I has "+10 km/h" in it's description, but it costs less to fabricate than the repairs on the Lavan engine.

This is all extremely confusing.

 

[Warframe really needs a proper squad builder]

This is something that I've wanted for a while now, and I'm surprised it hasn't been suggested before. Recruiting chat is a mess and a chore to deal with. Sitting around doing nothing and waiting for the chat timer to run out is bad enough when you're just looking for rad-shares, if you're looking for a specific team composition it's even worse. With Empyrean being designed around and requiring squad composition and coordination, I think that this is truer than ever.

Some potential features of a squad builder:

• Ability to browse a list of open squads and sort for
• Adding filters to slots for things like warframes, focus schools, intrinsics, dragon keys, relics, etc.
• Ability to go do other things such as missions while waiting for people to join the squad

Obviously this would be a more long term development goal, and not a quick fix to help with the matchmaking problems for Empyrean, but I think it's worth considering. It would make a lot of high level content much more accessible for people who aren't part of a large, active clan.
