  1. Because Vor is Grineer, and they are partially weak to toxin (more so to corrosive, but Void Vor drops the Cicero set, which is one piece of a lethal combination to toss around the Grineer faction.)

Alad V is Corpus, and they are weak to Electric (and obviously more so to magnetic, but electric isn't bad either).

Now I could always be wrong, but if they introduced the Cicero set (great for folks like me who discovered warframe after Cicero crisis) in such a manner that directly ties to a boss that is partially weak against that element, why would it not be the same here?

Again, don't quote me 100%, but it seems likely. With the event mods, it was seriously a divide between the haves and have-nots, and the haves had a monopoly on it, seemingly charging whatever they felt people would pay. With those mods added to the drop tables, guaranteed no less, the player base is happy, and people can spend platinum on things they feel are truly worth it, affinity boosters, rush builds, other mods that are rare, but not impossible to get. All in all, I did pay for a Malignant Force (well before I knew they would be added to drop tables), but now that it's available, I'm not too upset.

If the Tethra set became available in the same way, everyone has a fair chance at having some good endgame weapons without paying a premium, and the game as a whole becomes infinitely more accessible to someone just starting out.

Tethra mods sell for far less than Cicero, because the vast majority of the player base was around for Tethra.  I would be rather upset if they just rehashed old event mods for these events and didn't add a new element.  They should add Tethra to the new J3 or something, not use them in an event.

  2. I know there is a lot on the plate for frame changes, just had some interesting thoughts on Saryn earlier.  It would be cool, and practical to have Saryn's Molt shed all status effects on her.  Also, Miasma says in its description that it "corrodes" flesh and armor, should it proc corrosive status?  Just some thoughts.

  3. So I've noticed that Djinn is no longer shown in the codex, and neither are any of the sentinel weapons that I had previously maxed and sold.  Uncompleted wraiths/primes/vandals are also excluded in the weapons tab and warframe tab, which I like if I can no longer get them, but not sure if all of this is unintentional or not.  Cheers.

  4. Have you played Apollodorus lately? - They adjusted spawn times for survivals and it's very much a noob playground now. Fewer mobs, ratio of heavies seems like it went down. I think Cambria and/or Elara will take over the top spot soon. Or maybe a lowbie Dark Sector survival.

Not since U13, but just prior it was an easy 50k+ experience for frame, and each weapon.

Edit: But hey, it's a shame if they did change it.  I will probably run some more once I get this last Hydroid piece and check things out.

  5. If resources aren't an issue just do Apollodorus on Mercury.  You can take weapons out or whatever but I always run with all weapons, and I only use my primary.  Everything levels at a decent rate, and you get some nice loot sometimes.  Kappa is also good but Apollodorus is much easier, and most can last until 25 minutes on even the lowest frames/weapons.

  6. On Power Core run, the final score is the leftover health/10, while on Shield Core run, the final score is the leftover health x 3 /10.

    Edit: Oops, switched the core...

Should be this.  The easy run that takes 3 fragments to craft takes total health and divides by 10.  The only way to get 1000 is doing the harder run that takes 6 fragments to craft which divides the total health by 10 then multiplies it by 3 to give you the score.
