I notice you didn't post any video of these roving bands of challenge farmer death squads either. Should we assume that you're making that up? Or perhaps you want to admit that both groups do it, even without needing video evidence of it?

I don't need to. I'm not sure what you mean by "we" because "we" know that there are groups of farmers.

"We" also know there are no Conclave vets ganging up on players.

The burden of proof lies with you.

My comment was just an expansion on the 'non-helpful' comment that I quoted. He said that it might have been challenge farmers, and I said that it might also have been the average hardcore PvPers, because they both do it. Neither will help the OP, nor did the OP ask for help, they were just observations.

And if you disapprove of my 'tone', it was in response to his 'tone'. Don't point me out as the bad guy when your 'side' does the same thing, literally in the same thread in this case.

Unless you have video footage then sit down.

I've have never been a part of a gang up in Conclave or seen one, and I've been playing a very long time.

I have been ganged up on by farmers though.

  3. Déjà vu.

This sounds like an "Ash is my favorite frame, this is how I'd like him to work" (delusion of grandeur) post.

I main Ash, I rarely use his abilities but Smokescreen works very well for setting up that first shot or to make a positional change, Teleport is great as a disorienting ability or a pre kill shot getaway.

Bladestorm has and always has been one of the better ults.

Perhaps you should reevaluate your choice of frame, if you use Ash as melee only.

Actually, the stances do get some great multipliers like that. I can't speak for all of them, but the ones I've used a lot so far (Machetes, Swords, Staves) all had multipliers in their combos, with some easily being over 100% bonus damage and some being more like 200%.

I don't know why everyone says they have none. I guess people just don't ever use melee.

Numbers - do you have any?

If not, add me in game and we will work them out.

Those values can be changed, and its not like PvE has stances with perfect movements tailored to the game mode.

What i mean is that Warframe is almost exclusively a PvE game, not a PvP game, putting content in a part of the game that almost no one plays makes little sense. And bringing some extra moves to melee can only help the game.

Could you please provide exact numbers to add weight to your claim that almost no one plays PvP.

Do you know how big the PvP team is?

Can you quantify how much content PvE would have if PvP never existed?

If it wasn't for PvP you wouldn't have these stances in the first place.

The people who play PvP do not play WF exclusively for that, they play it as an addition to the game. You exhibit a typical PVE player mentality, in which you are bitter about perceived precious manpower being diverted to a part of the game you have no time for or interest to play, and therefore anything that can be attained through PvP must be avaliable to the PvE part of the game without actually striving to get it.

I'd like arcanes but I can't be bothered getting them, doesn't mean I want to be able to buy them with my Conclave standing.

PvP players by default are PvE players.

My apologies, i meant PvP stances. It makes no sense they are PvP exclusive.

    Makes perfect sense.

The stances are tailored for PVP movement and damage values, you may find the Stances very clipped in PVE in both regards. You won't see +100-300% dmg bonuses with these stances.

PVP The number of people online is extremely low

No matter how you justify, the online Number of people represents everything

This is the fallback for a failed argument, seen time and time again.

You have had your opinion totally and utterly debunked - I'm almost cringing.

What are the online numbers for PvP by the way?

    This mode should be canceled

    Your account should be cancelled.

Don't come into feedback unless you have some actual feedback - and no, your actual feedback post - is total rubbish.

Now, why don't you try and articulate what you feel is actually wrong, use a pen and paper first and engage your critical thinking.

  9. Another garbage post bound for the toilet.

Here in the PVP feedback section we like empirical evidence at least when making vast sweeping claims - not some lose comparison to a favored game.

What exactly is imbalanced? that would be a good start.

But really, you lost me and nearly all Conclavers when you said you wanted WF pvp to be more like COD - a dynamically opposite game.

To me personally it was worst event ever(even if i appreciate all the work DE puts in game).

DE did great job, but there is just one thing that ruins it for me - PVP.

I hate PVP in general in all games and conclave mode is in my hate list too.

And here i was forced to play mode i hate 3 times to have sigil..

I even can guess why DE made it - they like conclave(unlike most of players(according to stats they shown on devstream)).

That's a lot of hate and no feedback - have you completely ruled out PVP as a concept and not even given Conclave the time of day?

Who exactly forced you to play, DE or the compulsion of a completionist mindset?

These stats you are citing - most likely was a weekend snapshot pie graph of modes played, not indicative of Conclave overall.

I hope the event is over for you and you can start on your recovery.

This abysmal rate of farming for standing is highly infuriating when taking into account lag1, players who can one-shot u with their pvp builds2, gangbanging tactics3 and poor matchmaking criteria (skill lvl of players are too far apart4, skilled players refusing to move into higher pvp lvls5 so they can farm newbs, 3V1 in team-annihilation6 when ur teammates rage quit etc...)

Are you playing in recruit conditioning, or mainstream PVP?

Assuming you are out of recruit conditioning, you seem to be somewhat misinformed.

1 - We all deal with lag, but we do have player servers now and things have improved.

2 - There are no builds that results in 1 shot to kill - There are weapons that have that capability, and of course with a headshot on most snipers.

3 - 'Gangbanging tactics" sounds like effective team gameplay.

4 - There could be some changes made for matchmaking - again Recruit condition goes some of the way to address that.

5 - There are only two categories of PVP that you can relate to a higher or lower level of skill - Recruit conditioning and mainstream - there are certainly squatter players    deliberately remaining in RC, when they should have elected to go to the mainstream, there will be various reasons for it but mostly they are just too afraid. As far as mainstream players are concerned, that comes back to matchmaking.

6 - When your team mate rage quits - hate the player not the game.

Glad you like the new mode.

As I attempted to make clear, I would have far less of an issue with passives if every frame had one that actually did something.

As for the "no tangible advantages" bit, what of any I have mentioned? Atlas has a meaningful advantage over some of the prevailing melee strategies. Frost's passive can pretty much doom an enemy if they so much as clip him with melee. Ivara has largely increased situational awareness and can see enemies sneaking up on her and locate foes through walls. Banshee is far harder to track around the map and can even safely snipe from afar without instantly being found out.

Those all sound like very tangible advantages to me, especially when you consider, yet again, that their ability sets have not suffered as a result of them--they all happen to have good abilities comparable to, if not surpassing, other frames', even those of frames without passives. Functionally, these frames (and others) have 5 abilities, one of which is always active. Compare that to frames with only 4 abilities, none of which are always active.

      Reveal hidden contents

If the comparison to a 5th ability is too strong, liken passives to an automatically equipped frame-specific mod that takes up no space. That doesn't sound much better, honestly, considering some frames would have no special mod.

I'm not disregarding your concerns, and i never outright said that they are not worth considering.

When you describe them, they do indeed sound like tangible advantages, However I'm looking at it in the context of gameplay, most can be circumvented, unwittingly even.

With Mesa EHP aspect - that worked in all situations.

To summarize, yes i agree all frames should have passives of use or none at all, I main Ash, with the most useless passive - I just don't seem to ever find an occasion where the passive counted towards my own demise.

PVP is toxic. It's an all out game mode, where using the cheapest tactics means you are a pro. ( I avoid it, like it's the plague). Honestly, others may enjoy it but if you like playing competitively then you will enjoy pvp.

As totally untrue as your opening remarks are - Its at the bold point in your post that 100% of players will utterly disregard your opinion, which is what I'm about to do.

I would recommend going through the major update notes for a comprehensive look into changes made, PC player so i can't comment on Aim assist changes on Consoles, afaik - nothing has changed in that regard. Instead of a stagger animation - we have an impair mechanic which lasts 2 secs and prevents Sprinting and bullet jumping, this is attached to any power that had a stagger involved and also equipped melee.

All frames are now available. In terms of speed. We can still make 1.2 mobility with mods, not slower or faster since say U18.5, generally speaking everything is fairly balanced with a few bumps here and there, but the community is quite open and outspoken about balance issues - so don't expect these instances to remain in that state.

Weapons which appear more powerful than others due to usage, are generally more noticed due to popularity and personnel choice, not because of them being over powered. We have new maps and modes.

I think we've all played with someone like this.

MR0-2, Volt. Literally never on the ground. Carrying a MK1-Braton, Braton or sometimes even a Braton Prime. Some Chinese guy who's made a new account to farm rare Conclave rewards for his base account, usually.

    Never played someone like that.

But then, I don't go asking or assuming the ethnicity of a player based on negative racial perceptions.

No Conclaver ever, would go through the redundant act of creating an alternative account to farm rare conclave rewards.

All the best with your racial profiling conclave data collection.

  15. Sorry you have had a few bad experiences, particularly the challenge farmers.

I'm based in Oceania region, When I run into Challenge Farmers, I give them a warning then I start to kill, and if every keen Conclaver did that - then we would have no issue with farmers.

Unfortunately there are a few too many Recruit conditioning squatters, just take it all as practice a solution will be found eventually.

Best advice I can give is to follow up on the aforementioned discord channel, and PM each of the players who have replied in this thread, the discord is full of great players, knowledge and comraderie.

A true Pro will give you their time to grow the Conclave.
