  1. I HATE THIS.

     

    It drives me literally up the wall with finding an acceptable color for gold for every piece of prime gear because I ALSO can't stand that damned Photoshop Transparency for default colors. (I could write 6 pages of complaints about how much knowing which colors are default is significantly less useful information than which color changes what. But that is for another pet-peeve fueled rage thread.)

     

    The fact that Half of Ash Prime has to be grey as the price for being able to color the gold is freaking infuriating and it ruins my color-scheme. I have the rage that could fuel a burning crusade across the continent to DE headquarters with pitchforks and torches.

    Serration belongs on every weapon. That's the point of serration. It's a mandatory mod because it was designed to be. Serration's purpose is to be a ticket to entry on higher-level content. Take away Serration and any person with a Boltor Prime can go to T4. Same with Multi-shot, same with shield and health mods, etc.

     

    There is no problem here. Mandatory mods are by design.

  3. Update 17.4.5 has broken most of the drops for the derelict and void. amy friends and I were doing a tier 3 defense for 10 rounds and only 3 orokin cells for our work, and we did 3 derelict survivals and only got tier 1 and 2 void keys. PLZ FIX

    Welcome to the status quo, my friend. That's how it's worked since day 1.

  4. I'm not sure. But I was noticing a slight decrease in mass deadness from my Amprex and my build hadn't changed. 149% crit change etc.

    I'm fairly certain Amprex was nerfed at some point along the way.

     

    To the OP, i'm fairly certain that the dread can only red-crit if a yellow crit is not enough to kill the enemy. Something about the game deciding that the enemy was dead and stopping damage calculation at that point. If the enemy would survive a yellow crit and you roll a red one, then the red-crit happens.

  5. Exactly. But I could put up with it on the Ballistica because I, and many others, just used it for Mastery Fodder as there are plenty of better choices out there.

    I mean the Rakta Ballistica is nothing to sneeze at. It Does similar DPS to the Synoid Gammacor if you can get enough shots off on one enemy for it to matter before it dies, and it doesn't run out of ammo, ever. Mine is doing 10k raw damage per charged shot for 3.3 shots a second, and the uncharged shot has the bolts land on nullifier shields on different frames so it just makes them disappear instantly. This is coming from a Suda follower who needed more power after the synoid gammacor was nerfed, too. 

     

    Regardless, the problem lies in the automatic detonation of the syndicate burst, rather than the weapon itself. I have seen it mentioned in the community hot topics when the syndicate sidearms were still new as a survey, also. So we know that they've at least heard of the idea. We'll see if anything comes of it but I doubt they'll change anything on that front

  6. I've said it before, I'll say it again, and I'll say it a thousand times after that: Nyx's Psychic Bolts need to go. Absorb and Mind Control are very weak abilities that I use very infrequently, and I only ever use Psychic Bolts to demonstrate how useless they are.

  7. That'd be a welcome change, I think.

     

     

    Until then, I'd use a 3/5 fleeting expertise and a max streamline and not only can you solve the problem, you get 70% efficiency. -40% duration is about the longest it can be where you won't likely be overrun mid duration
